BUILDING / DEVELOPMENT PERMIT SURVEYS

Most Municipalities in the Lower Mainland require a survey to be completed in order to apply for a building permit. In addition to that, architects, engineers, designers and other professionals often require a survey while participating in building project.

Typically two kinds of survey plans are required at first:

  • Survey Plan or Topographic Survey Plan | SAMPLE PLANs - Vancouver |Burnaby | Richmond | West Vancouver
  • Posting Plan to be filed in Land Title Office (LTO) | SAMPLE PLAN |
