OUR SURVEYING SERVICES
Legal Surveys
Everything from lot line adjustments and consolidations to strata plans and right-of-way definitions. We work closely with lawyers, notaries, developers, and landowners to ensure that every plan is accurate, compliant, and clearly documented.
Full process from field work through to Land Title Office submission, so you have one reliable point of contact throughout.
Topographic Surveys
Topographic surveys completed by our team are tailored to your project requirements, whether you need traditional 2D CAD drawings, 3D surface models, or GIS-ready datasets.
We work across a wide range of project types, including residential developments, municipal infrastructure, environmental assessments, and industrial sites.
Construction Surveys
Our construction survey services span the full project lifecycle, including site preparation, layout and staking, grade control, and as-built surveys. We invest in advanced equipment and field technology to maximize accuracy and efficiency on every site.
QUALITY CONTROL
UAV (or Drone, or UAS, or RPA) is a unique and ideal tool for volume calculations, site surveys, preliminary planning, environmental surveys and site inspections.
This technology transforms how we map, inspect, and survey, providing valuable insights while reducing the time, cost, and safety risks.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
LIDAR – light detection and ranging. This is a 3D laser scanner mounted on a drone platform. The most significant advantages are safety and speed.
CONSULTING
Cutting-edge technology that captures detailed three-dimensional images of objects, structures, and landscapes. Emitting millions of laser beams per second, it creates precise digital models, enabling architects, engineers, and surveyors to analyze and visualize spaces with unprecedented accuracy and detail.

Evgeny did a good job on my lot. He explained to me patiently what he's doing, where was the problem and how he's going to solve it. He also put down extra iron posts instead of wooden ones upon my request, which was important for me since I have a long property line. Time-wise he's very accommodating, he changed his schedule to meet mine. Overall, he's sound professionally, I would feel comfortable working with him.

- Builders are required to obtain a recent survey for new construction or renovations. Ask them for a copy, even a digital one. If they cannot provide one, contact the municipality.
